We Never Would Have Made It Without Him…

3 Sep

Psalm 94:17, “Unless the Lord had been my help, My soul would soon have settled in silence.”

I am forever grateful for the Lord Jesus Christ, who sustains me in all my troubles. It’s truly comforting knowing that He will never leave or forsake me (Hebrews 13:5) seeing me through this life and on unto YAH’s glory! While trials will always effect believers know that His blood sustains us.

John 16:33 reads, “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” This means that every storm only has so much rain, the darkness of night will eventually flee in the light.

This natural world has been overcome by the bloodshed of Christ, and eternity belongs to His glory! Will you endure, yes! Because Jesus made the way (John 3:16) Shalom…

When YAH Removes Friendships….

29 Aug

Genesis 13:8, So Abram said to Lot, “Please let there be no strife between you and me, and between my herdsmen and your herdsmen; for we are brethren. Is not the whole land before you? Please separate from me. If you takethe left, then I will go to the right; or, if you go to the right, then I will go to the left.”

Their will come times, when we will need to be removed from loved ones in order to spiritually grow. While we  all have the same goal of spending eternity with Jesus Christ, every man and woman will have their own separate journey. At times YAH will remove those not based on anything corrupting our spirit but more for our physical prosperity.

Abraham and Lot started their journey together but separated, having to do what was best for their flocks and herds. While this parting of ways was cordial many times YAH will divide us from others for our own spiritual growth.  Moreso the majority of time will be for our spiritual edification.

2 Corinthians 6:17, states “Therefore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you.” Romans 16:17 also reads, “I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them.”I know that losing contact with close friends can be painful.

We must always trust the Holy Spirit, and look for the reasoning behind their absence. Were they hindering you? Or did they receive a deeper relationship with Jesus in their absence? Know that ultimately all things in this world will pass away (1 John 2:17) us included but Jesus Christ is forever, Shalom…

Christ Will Never Leave You!

23 Aug

John 6:37, “All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.“

No one is a child of God by their own means, they are called by YAH himself. This calling may come through suddenly becoming spiritually awaken, hearing the word from a friend or through hardships. The realization of the need of YAH in your life shows that He cares, and has a bigger plan for your life.

Importantly, the bridge to the Most High is through his son, The Lord Jesus Christ. Who through His bloodshed made it possible for the world to know YAH. Hebrews 4:16, reads “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

Lastly, John 6:37 proclaims that whomever knows Jesus Christ, that He will never drive them away. Even when we feel that YAH has forgotten us, the Most High is still their based on our acceptance of Christ sacrifice. YAH calls us unto His Son and Christ never lets us go, Shalom…

YAH’s Grace In Hard Times…

13 Aug

YAH’s Grace In Hard Times…

Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.“

I sometimes let my situation minimize the grace YAH has placed over my life. It is always important to remember in Christ we are more than conquerers over every situation in our lives. The reason being is the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, who died for all of our shortcomings.

These shortcomings or sin have been taken to the cross by Jesus, which He shed His blood for (John 3:16). No matter what the situation may be, a loss of a job, economy, mental health just know Jesus Christ has overcome this world.

In times when we may get beside ourselves know that that situation has already been addressed by the cross of Jesus. Roman’s 10:9, “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved,” Shalom…

Praying By The Blood of Jesus…

8 Aug

Revelation 12:11, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.”

All things were made possible by the Blood of Jesus Christ. While the Holy Bible is a wealth of knowledge on a host of topics and issues, the sacrifice of Christ is the most significant! The blood is the price paid for the wages of sin that no man or woman could ever pay.

We today as believers operate under this protection, from the trials and tribulations of this world. The Lord Jesus has died and paid the price for us to overcome this sinful world. I plead the blood of Jesus for protection over my finances, health, family, and job. In the the end the Blood of Jesus will even erase the touch of death.

1 Corinthians 15:54, “So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory,” Shalom…

Wells Without Water…

25 Jul

2 Peter 2:17, “These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.”

2 Peter 2:17 speaks of the moral depravity (moral corruption) of the world that we live in. While the good still outweighs the bad modern society is quickly deteriorating. From family values to education to the eradication of Jesus from our culture, we are in a steady decline of morality. People today turn to wells without water when in need for restoration, correction and most importantly salvation.

While instead of dealing with spiritual health, many rather go to the gym, a life coach or unsaved friends and family. Our focus is on making money, wanting to promote ourselves in this natural world more than in YAH. While the well may look good to drink from, ultimately they will find that they are spiritually empty.

Matthew 4:4 reads, “But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” Jesus is the only well made for man and woman to drink from. No politician, influencer, or anyone can give you what YAH has in store for you by way of Jesus Christ. Are you ready to drink from the well of everlasting life? I am, Shalom…

Is Christianity More Grace or Sinless Perfection?

11 Jul

Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

At times many believers will blur the lines between grace and sinless perfection. While we all are called to be sinless in the eyes of YAH, their is only one individual who can make that claim, in Jesus. Ephesians 4:22 reads, “to put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.”

Sinless perfection is impossible in the flesh (Romans 7:14-24). When we accept the Cross of Christ we are made whole spiritually in him. Grace is the gift of the Most High for when we do sin we can still be reconciled back until Him. 2 Corinthians 12:9 states, “But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me,” Shalom…

Always Giving Thanks to YAH…

27 Jun

Ephesians 5:20, “always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.“

It’s good to every now and again to reflect on all the goodness of YAH. Giving thanks to the Most High for saving me, Psalm 18:1-50.

For never giving up on me, Isaiah 41 verse 10.The unconditional love. Romans 8:39,

“nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.“

For finding me John 6:44, “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.“

Providing for me, Philippians 4:19.

For healing me 1 Peter 2:24, “‘He Himself bore our sins’ in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; ‘by His wounds you have been healed.’”

Always making away Isaiah 43 verse 19, “Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.“

Lastly for Jesus Christ! John 3:16, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life,” Shalom

We All Come Back from Trials and Tribulations.

13 Jun

1 Peter 5:10, “But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.”

One thing for certain the Bible tells us is that after every trial, we will make it back unto YAH’s glory. For every time we fall short the scripture says we will get back up, even better than before. This is the awesomeness of the Cross of Jesus Christ. The Lord died so grace and the power of the Holy Spirit can abound.

No one will ever fall so far away from His presence, to where as if we repent He will not forgive us. Jeremiah 29 13-14 reads, “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. And I will be found of you, saith the Lord: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the Lord; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

We all comeback from the trials of this world and even death, John 11:25 states “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.” No matter how low we may during our time here on Earth know that we have a Heavenly Father cheering for us to make it through. Giving us all the tools we need in the finished work of His son Jesus Christ, Shalom…

Precept Upon Precept of His Word…

11 Jun

Isaiah 28:9-11, “Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.”

To learn from the Most High means to be a scholar of His word. The Holy Bible is more than just stories and scriptures to be read but moreso studied for in depth meaning. Hebrews 4:12 defines the Lord’s word as living, as in sentient. Able to perceive your desires and meet your needs. In every sentence is a ministering spirit that will speak to you providing revelation, precept upon precept.

Healing scriptures (Isaiah 53:5) minister to you, once meditated on. Scriptures on anxiety (Proverbs 12:25) minister once read and meditated on. I pray that the sentient life of the holy scriptures impact your life and that we study line upon line and allow His will to be revealed to us, Shalom…
