Isaiah 49 verse 25, “But thus says the Lord, “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, And the prey of the terrible be delivered; For I will contend with him who contends with you, And I will save your children.”
Isaiah 49 verse 25, speaks of The Most High’s promise to intervene on the behalf of all Believers. Rescuing us from the grip of sin and death, as well as from the trouble of our oppressors. YAH declares that he will fight those who fight against us and save our children. This scripture speaks to the Lord’s commitment to deliver his people and children. Scripture Study- Isaiah 46:10, “Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose.”
Isaiah 46:10, speaks to the omnipresent presence of YAH in our life. In Jesus, we are given guidance by his Holy Spirit, (Romans 8:14: “For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.) walking with us through pain and struggle. No matter where we are at in our walk with the Most High, He knows and we should know at the end we will win, Shalom!
Philippians 4:8-9, “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.”
The Holy Bible defines earthly peace with first finding peace with YAH. Having a mindset that is focused on ethical truth, in honest nobility which attracts respect. This means being truthful and noble, bringing respect to our character and our love for Christ. In being just which is to rightly reward others. With purity we adhere to His divine holiness, lovely and of good report being praiseworthy. John 17:20-23, “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.”
In every trial I know that I will win, because Christ is praying for me! Strengthening my spirit and my walk in navigating this world. We may forget at times when asking for prayers from our loved ones, that the one who showed the greatest love of all, is praying as well. 2 Thessalonians 2:9, “Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders.”
Having fundamental belief in the Holy Bible is very crucial in these end times. Not only faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus but also of Satan’s endgame plan the Anti-Christ. A vast majority of the world believe or have heard the Gospel message but many are only expecting a returning Christ and not first the Antichrist arrival on the world scene. The lying wonders of the Devil’s avatar will cause many to place their faith in Him, and war with the real Christ once He returns after with the saints.
The lying wonders will be reminiscent of the miracles Jesus accomplished during his earthly ministry. Healings (Matt 15:30), raising the dead (Mark 5:21 through 43) and possibly power over the elements (Mark 4:35 through 41). The difference between Jesus and the Antichrist, is that the false messiah will claim these miracles for himself instead of giving YAH the glory.
Jesus Christ states in John 10:25-38, “Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father’s name, they bear witness of Me. Butyou do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one.”
Jesus will come in YAH’s name to bring his kingdom unto the Earth. The other to bring destruction in his, Shalom.
Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”
Imagine if Jesus Christ walked the Earth today? Imagine the healing, knowledge and spiritual revelation available to all those who made contact with him. Having a life submitted to YAH through Christ in essence is that. Being crucified with Christ and putting aside our own mindset so the Holy Spirit can guide us gives us the opportunity to act as his avatars in the natural world.
1 Corinthians 12:8-10, To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits,to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues.
While operating in the Spirit blesses this world, a life in Christ matters most to the individual. In having being saved from sin and death, and the grace to share with others, Shalom…
Matthew 7:6, “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.”
Matthew 7 verse 6, speaks to believers not spending exhausting time sharing the Gospel with those who have hardened their hearts. At times, we try to persuade close friends or influential people to accept Christ when in their hearts they have already chosen not to. While we hope that everyone will come into the belief in our Lord Jesus Christ they never will due to their fortified unbelief.
We are only to try to share, but if met with opposing criticism to move on. Imagine spending an entire day trying to complete a single task when many more still remain. The same goes for the Gospel message. Matthew 9 verse 37 states, “Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” What one person discards another will cherish.
The Gospel message is for everyone, but we must be wise to whom we spend our time sharing it. We are only to share, and the Holy Spirit will draw them unto the cross of Jesus Christ, shalom
Isaiah 41 verse 10, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
As we move closer to the new year, I will like to encourage every believer to be steadfast in the Faith. Even with the outlook of wars, economic failure and new world leadership, YAH is sovereign overall. The Lord has been with us in 2024 and will see us into 2025. We know that trying times are ahead of us as the scripture has told us.
2 Tim 3:1-5,”This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
Luke 21:28, comforts us to know that during troubling times to look up because our salvation draws near! This is only made by the grace of YAH given through Jesus Christ sacrifice. Romans 8:19-21, “For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.”
The world more and more each day is crying out for restoration. Romans 8:19-21 speaks about the fall of mankind and its eventual restoration. The bondage and corruption of the sin nature which brings about corruption and death will be defeated at the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. Each day when I hear about the sin and death in the world, only strengthens by belief in the Cross of Christ. As the time draws near the times are only displaying the need for a savior, however no man can is fit to meet the need of our spiritual nature.
Jesus, the son of the Most High. The perfect sinless sacrifice, and Lord of Lords will bring His glorious liberty at His second coming. Being ready by accepting Jesus Christ is key and daily Bible reading, observing the times. I pray we all are ready to put away this dying world and reign in the Kingdom Age soon to come, Shalom…
Revelation 12:7, “And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought.”
Michael the archangel is the Most High’s warrior angel, contending for the Lord on mankind’s behalf in the spiritual realm. Mentioned in the scriptures as doing battle with Satan and his fallen angels namely in Daniel 10 verse 13 and 21, Jude chapter 1 verse 9 and Revelation 12 verse 7.
In the book of Daniel, Michael fought for the prophet, “But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia.”
Jude 1 verse 9, “ Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, “The Lord rebuke you!”
As well as in being a pivotal individual in the end time events, Revelation 12 verse 7-8, “And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer.”
While a soldier now, Michael was made a warrior having to take up arms against Satan and his rebellious angels. While the angelic hosts are described as praise and worshippers, in the distant past Michael had to lay this aside in order to fight for the Lord.
In the same way we need to set aside the sin nature in order to fight for our redemption and that of our loved ones. Looking to Christ for strength, by way of the Cross. While we are not archangels, we are in total servitude to the source of their power in YAH.
