Proverbs 18:24, “A man who has friends must himself be friendly, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”

In our lifetime we will meet many friends and acquaintances, however there is one who will remain with us forever and ever. Proverbs 18:24, speaks of worldly friendships that are mainly dependent on what each party can do for the other. Friendships that when tried by fire are reduced into ashes in some cases.
The scriptures states that Jesus is our one true friend, the one who loved in us from the beginning regardless of what we could do for him. His love and friendship transcended death, in order to reach and every man and woman in order to reconcile them back to YAH. Do not become disheveled when friendships come to an end on bad or even good terms. Just know that the Father has given us Christ, and through Him he will never forsake us, Shalom.
John 15:13-14, “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.”
